Inventory

The parts you fit, counted properly.

Enough stock control to stop you running out mid-job, and not a warehouse system. What is on hand is derived from what came in and what went out, so every figure can be explained.

Parts and stock in CalendarLift showing quantities on hand, cost and which items are running low.
Grouped by category, with what is low called out.

Every movement has a reason

Stock does not simply change. Each movement records what happened and why, so a count that looks wrong can be traced rather than argued about.

  • Used on a job. Parts come off the shelf when they go onto the work.
  • Adjustments are deliberate. Correcting a count asks you to say why.
  • Per location. Two branches hold their own stock.

Stock never blocks a booking. Being out of a part does not make a slot unbookable — your diary and your shelves are different questions, and conflating them causes more problems than it solves.
