Terms of service
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms cover the use of CalendarLift by a business. They are written to describe how the service actually operates rather than to claim more than it does.
The service
CalendarLift provides scheduling and operational software: bookings, customers, quotes, payments, stock and reporting. We may change or improve it; we will not remove something a business depends on without telling it first.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite into your business and what role you give them. Roles determine what each person can do, and you can change or remove access at any time.
Your data
Your business’s records remain yours. You can export your customer list from within the product whenever you want. We do not sell data, and we do not use one business’s data to serve another.
Payments to you
Card payments from your customers go to your own connected Stripe account. CalendarLift does not hold your money and does not take a share of your customers’ payments. Stripe’s own terms and fees apply to that relationship.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and to deploy changes without interruption. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we would rather say so than publish one we are not committed to.
Ending it
You can stop using CalendarLift at any time. Export your data before you do — we will help if you ask.
